Offensive name on tombstone (video)

This woman loved her dog so much that when he went to the great dog kennel in the sky she got him a plot at the local cemetary, complete with memorial stone. Some people, however, are offended because of what this woman chose to name the dog she loved so much.

My wife was given a cat with the same name. She changed his name to “Stupid”.

I can’t believe that the woman stood there on camera and tried to claim that the name S**thead is no more offensive than the nickname for Richard and a name derived from the latin word for rock.

Yes, she should be allowed to name her dog anything she wants and yes, if she wants to waste the money on it she should be allowed to put that name on a tombstone, but she needs topull her head out and figure out that a lot of people find that word offensive.

And, by the same token, a lot of people need to lighten up, too. The only way someone is going to see the name on that stone is if they go looking for it and if someone is looking to get offended, they shouldn’t act surprised when they succeed.
